Biscuits and Breezers Thank You Part 2 (6-10)      Welcome back to another blog of Biscuits and Breezers! This is the second part of the Top Ten countries so we will just jump back into that. The countries featured in this time around are Canada, France, Turkey, Netherlands, and the United Kingdom! Enjoy! 6. Canada the land of frozen ice and the birthplace of the greatest sport on Earth. I am very grateful that I have a fan base in this country because they live and breath hockey. Canada is in the "Big Seven" as well and that is basically a given. Hockey's history is deeply rooted in Canada and that's what made it the great sport it is today. Biscuits and Breezers Thank You Part 1 (1-5)       Welcome back to Biscuits and Breezers! As we all know we are in the dreaded off season. Fresh and weathered faces are returning to college dorms and the pros will start the training camps soon. Some players are headed to all corners of the globe to start a new season as well as a new chapter in their lives and some players are just meeting their billet families for the first time. Since there is not much to report on I am here to do a series of thank you blogs to all of my viewers. You guys are the absolute best and I never would have gotten where I am today with out any one of you. Currently Biscuits and Breezers has audience members in 60 different countries on all of the populated continents. 60 different countries. I think that is amazing! This time last year we were closing in on 800 views and now we are almost at 15,000! I have met some awesome people along the way and I hope to meet more in the future!...

#72 Biscuits and Breezers                    Welcome back to another blog of Biscuits and Breezers! In this blog we will be talking about Jordan Boyd unfortunately passing away and Andrew Shaw auctioning off his Game 6 Stanely Cup finals stitches for charity. Now first off I would like to talk about Jordan. He was a 16 year old forward prospect for the Acadie-Bathurst Titan in the QMJHL. Boyd was picked fourth round in the 2013 QMJHL Entry Draft. It is reported that he under went a full medical evaluation before participating in the camp. Jordan was skating in an individual skating session when he suffered severe discomfort and collapsed. Team doctors tried to revive him several times but were unsuccessful. Boyd was immediately transported to a New Brunswick hospital where he was pronounced and confirmed dead. Team Request Cold Lake Ice     Recently, I was asked to review a home town team to gain some publicity for them. This team was the Cold Lake Ice located in Cold Lake, Alberta, Canada. They are a Junior B team that plays in the NEAJBHL (North Eastern Alberta Junior B Hockey League.) The Ice are currently back to back to back Champions in their 10th season. This is pretty  impressive to say the least. The current team captain is Niko Bourget. Located far from the Canada/USA border, this is the perfect hockey town surrounded by snow and ice. In the 2012-2013 season the team had only one loss in their consecutive season. The Ice had a .923 win percentage, 95 goals for, 7.31 goals for average, 27 goals against, 2.08 goals against average, 21 power play goals for, 5 power play goals against, 2 short handed goals for, and 1 short handed goal against. In this blog we will be talking about MacKinnon's contract with Colorado, NHL Draftee for the Winnipeg Jets and goaltender Eric Comrie, and the huge Dallas/Boston trade. Starting off with Eric Comrie. In the 2013 NHL Entry Draft, Comrie was selected 59th overall in the 2nd round by Winnipeg coming from the Tri-City Americans roster in the WHL. Stanley Cup Champions Blog Chicago Blackhawks: 2013 Stanley Cup Champions     Welcome back to another blog of Biscuits and Breezers! In this shorter version of our regular blog, we will be talking about Chicago's second win with Jonathan Toew as captain. Yes the Hawks have gotten the win once again! Beating the Boston Bruins 3-2, Chicago has won two cup titles within 4 years. You all might have heard about the 17 seconds that changed history and really that's what it was. Dave Bolland and Bryan Bickell scored 17 seconds apart in the last 1:16 minutes to lift up the team from Boston's lead. I am very glad that this team took home the cup because they worked as such a great unit and had such team "spirit" that they acted like one player instead on relying on the star players like Boston did.
