#108 Biscuits and Breezers    Welcome back to another blog of Biscuits and Breezers! I am terribly sorry that I have been away from here for quite awhile! I have been trying to establish things on my new page on juniorhockey.com, I have been helping with the scouting process of many teams, and I have been trying to get everything under control on the Biscuits and Breezers Facebook page. I thought that I needed a break from of all that and remembered there is much more NHL news to report to you guys, my beloved readers! Yes it is now the NHL offseason but we do have a new Stanley Cup Champion, and if you have been keeping up with the news at all, you would know that that team is the LA Kings!! Yes the Kings have dominated the league once again to prove they are a dominant organization after taking the Cup away from the grasps of the New York Rangers with a final score of 3-2 in a DOUBLE OVERTIME game. New Documentary Biscuits and Breezers On Thin Ice : A Documentary Following the Road to NCAA Hockey    For a hockey player, the rink becomes home, team mates become your closest family, and a pair of skates is better than any shoes you will ever own. In youth hockey, the sport becomes your lifestyle. Up to the rink at 5:30 AM and back home close to 9 or 10 PM on a good day. In high school/junior hockey, it's all about showing everybody your absolute top game and getting the attention of as many scouts as possible. But what about college hockey?
