Biscuits and Breezers Player Request: Dylan Chase     Welcome back to another blog of Biscuits and Breezers! We have another player request! Yes young rookie defenseman for the Missoula Maulers, Dylan Chase has been requested! If I might point out it is a total coincidence that another Mauler was picked. Hopefully and probably I will have players from other teams requested in the future. Well we need to start somewhere so here we go! Dylan Chase is 5 ft 10, 185 lbs, and is from Riverwoods, Illinois, USA. I couldn't locate his 2011-2012 stats but his 2012-2013 stats are 2 goals in 38 games played, 16 assists, 18 TPs, a +/- of 21, 38 PIMs, 1 power play goal, 7 power play assists, and 1 game winning goal. So far playing 40 games, the Maulers won 22, lost 16, had 2 overtime loses, and have a total of 26 points total. They are sitting in fourth place in the AWHL League Standings. Dylan is a very good defenseman but being a rookie, he has a lot of competition with the
Biscuits and Breezers Game Request            Welcome back to another blog of Biscuits and Breezers! I was recently approached by Helena Bighorn Cody Blom to put out a blog for the 2/2/13 game in Missoula! Tearing his PCL while playing at Lake Forest College in Illinois, Cody decided to come back to the Bighorns and rehab in Helena instead of sitting on the bench for most of the game. Well it's fantastic to have you back in Helena Cody and to see a familiar face from last season! Here is to you and your return! The Helena Bighorns gave a loss to the Maulers after three periods of brute force, many shots back and forth, and countless close encounters that could have led to massive fights. Newly added as well to Helena, Chris Andre, and Mauler Matt Chamberlain were both ejected from the game for going at it against each other. Chatting with goaltender Jett Salinas after the game, I could tell he was very pleased with the shut out. He said that he never thought he w
#60 Biscuits and Breezers       Welcome back to another blog of Biscuits and Breezers! In this blog we will have an interview with former Yellowstone Quake now Helena Bighorn Chris Andre, two NHL game reviews chosen by you, and John Erskine suspended 3 games for elbowing. First off we will get to Chris Andre's interview. Now I interviewed him after the 1/25/13 Missoula Maulers game when he was ejected for fighting with Brett Mathews. He was then transferred to the Helena Bighorns when Kevin Choi was sent to the New Mexico Renegades. Andre then played in Missoula less than a week later, and got ejected again after getting into a scuffle with Matt Chamberlain. Chamberlain was ejected also. Personally I think that Chris is a beast player and will go very far in hockey. Possibly even to the point where he gets drafted. You never know what will happen in life. In my personal opinion and not to offend any one in the Maulers organization, he is a huge threat for t
